Carefully composed, one linear mass accommodates bedrooms and bathrooms and the other, the shared living spaces. The living space divides the main bedroom wing from remaining bedrooms for extra privacy and seclusion. Framed views are a feature, with the main living room flanked by courtyards on both sides. A cathedral ceiling in the living room expresses the gable roof form internally and creates a sense of space and volume.

Designed with only the essential elements in mind, we also offer a simplified alternative version of Pavilion House as part of our Ruum Core Range. The Ruum Core Range consists of streamlined versions of some of our popular floorplans, using the original house designs as a starting point. TAKE ME TO PAVILION CORE >

Pavilion Core is the streamlined sibling of the original Ruum Pavilion House. Some small modifications have been made to the design to reduce the overall footprint. The second entry has been removed to simplify the floorplan and the overall width and decking extent has been slightly reduced. The pergola has also been removed for a flexible outdoor experience.

By removing the study desk, the study has been converted to a flexible space that you can adapt to your own needs.

A different feature brick has been selected, so the external appearance will differ slightly from the original renders.
